Legendary cloak is a necessary item to complete Ny'Alotha raid and Horrific Visions of N'Zoth scenario.
The only way to increase the level of Ashjrakamas Shroud Resolve is to repeatedly go through the new game mod, Horrific Visions of N’Zoth. Each time you enter Visions, you spend 1 Vessel of Horrific Visions as an entrance fee. As your Cloak’s level grows, you will have to travel to the deeper and more difficult segments of Horrific Visions. At the end of each run in this game mode, you will return to Wrathion, who will give you a reward (a special item that raises the level of Ashjrakamas Shroud Resolve) and a new assignment.
