Glory of the Legion Raider: What the Meta Requires
Glory of the Legion Raider is the meta-achievement for the original Legion raids, and you need all seven raid achievements before it completes. Most of them are tied to specific boss mechanics, so a plain clear is not enough. Expect to plan each wing in advance.
The reward is Defiled Reins, a ground mount that is tradeable to no one and cannot be bought. It also counts toward your mount collection total, which is why so many collectors chase it.
Glory of the Legion Hero Guide: Where to Start
Begin with Emerald Nightmare and The Nighthold, since they hold four of the seven achievements. Trial of Valor is optional here, so skip it. Tomb of Sargeras holds Betrayer's Rise only if you count the last wing, and that one needs the most coordination.
Most groups finish the whole set in around 3 to 4 weekly resets when they run Normal or Heroic difficulty with a coordinated team. Solo clears are possible now because Legion content is heavily out-leveled. Several achievements still require specific positioning, so read the boss notes first.
WoW Darkbough: The First Achievement
